Hello All,
I have a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 8 30GB which is dead, numbers on cover - code NAR61590 6E030L050201 AAA SN E105ZPBE
The problem I have is the HDD cant be seen by the OS and doesnt seem to power up.
Can anyone suggest a way to fix this? IM guessing I might need a new PCB but where can I get one from and what about compatability issues?
All info welcome.

Dear,
For MAXTOR DM 8 Series..
6E0 or max dm 8 similar board is ok.
Capacity does not matter.
Thank You

Hi!
I have a board for that drive.
"6E0 or max dm 8 similar board is ok."
There is at least one more parameter has to match, besides a family of the drive.
