I think before you can get some help, you should write a little better, or else it will be hard to understand what do you need.

OK YOU right i should do better. here it goes :
igot ibmhts541040g9at00 laptop drive. which has dead pcb. so i try to copy nv-ram using pc3k , and it did that with errors. Then i check that nv-ram file in hex editor ,it only shows me 00 ff on every sector. so obviously nv-ram is not copied .... so my question is any solution for that or how to find a exact pcb which will work on this drive .... i hope i make it clear this time

Hi,
NVram is unique for each individual HDD, so U have to recover the original one or apply a bruteforce attack to find the SA location on the surface...
It is possible that u will need to desolder the original NVRAM ic and check the contents in a stand alone programmer.
U can also try to solder it onto another board having the same ROM version.
