WD 250JB Platters Moter

Platters Moter don't start ,
i check the PCB ,I check the Platters, i check the Heads everything OK!
but the Moter don't spin...
Any idea ....

Did you replace the PCB? Does the spindle spin manually? Have you checked the motor windings with a multimeter?

yes i check all that ...
what you means manual , "if turn , yes it's turn "
i know , i think I'm sure is the moter...
what I do not know is with what way i must changed without problem "do not lose the step from platters"..

If you're looking for a way to swap platters, Salvation sells a tool.

WD250s generally have 6 heads. Swapping platters is not recommended if you are an amateur and you really need the data. That's a lot of heads to load and unload simultaneously.
