Samsung HDD 400GB has got 1x UNC when I check with MHDD soft

I'm not pro in HDD recovery if there is mechanical damage or something like that.
Could you tell me - is it possible somehow with software (without disassembling HDD) recover data from HDD if MHDD software it shows me there is 1pcs UNC block at ~53 000 000 sector.

so question: is it possible to read all data somehow ignoring this 1 UNC ? what software could I use?
