Mozilla email with zero bytes inbox

Hi guys,

Have you guys encountered Mozilla email files with zero bytes ( 0 bytes) in size?
This happened suddenly when user was using the Mozilla and encountered error, checked the file with windows explorer and found multiple files with zero bytes.
