I have one drive, and do this too exactly.
The pcb is cold, the program not runs on the mcu.
(in my case)
I have tested the pcb with donnor, and the problem is around the flash.
Maybe helps.....

Try to change your PCB with donor PCB.

This is the problem because the HD is not found yet another former PCB compatible, so I wonder if any component may be the defective thank any help

Tried to find any PCB of course similar card to adjust on the screws , using the same spindle controller, that would be enough to check , if hdd spin´s,

I did the test the engine is running normally, I did the test with another PCB of a different model

Luiz, did you check what I suggested in PM ? Check with scope on the original PCB, if completely dead something is stopping supply.... otherwise search around the logic (MCU/Flash/Ram).
Yet, another PCB same model could help as reference !!!

PCBs, or put a WD300 to know if the engine was turning, the engine turned normally, not clearer, but it difficult to find a compatible PCBs I will check the components again
