Heads MOMENTUS 5400.3

Hi to all!

My friends pro, please opinion....

as photos this hdd suffered an impact, of the user with on it (notebook), damaging all heads and at least platter it is scratched out… Which the opinion of who already had a problem seemed, necessary to make the data recovery… which the success possibilities?

Hy sempre did u got scratches on the middle of platters?

It is not in the way it to platter but for the start, as I try to show in the photo… :oops:

very hard (and might be expensive because of donors) to recover
IMHO
If damage is severe I would let it go

We cannot see the damage, so it is impossible to judge truly
