Looks bogus to me. Claims to be by 'Seagate Factory', which either means it's for use in the factory, or someone with bad english skills is trying to make it look that way. Combined with the other English errors, and that it appears to need to be registered, it sounds pretty bogus to me. Maybe it's a trojan that emails all your passwords to China.

It doesn't "look" bogus, It is!
I am already having this from a long (And it's so called "License/Registration file too). It simply is a fancy looking screen. Just to make you fool. And what's the funniest part is, that by reverse engeneering that "FW bad sector repairer" contains NO such factory commands for seagate, even the code for all files for every family is almost same. So the file sizes are. wo.....I just knew that Barracuda ATA2 uses the EXACT algorithms to access and work with F/w just as the Barracuda 7200.10 does. And they are exactly same in f/w structure and locations.
Oh, and BTW, it's a TROJAN!!
