Problem with Boot adaptives. If you have UDMA you can solve this by using a loader.

most likely heads or it is platter shift (after drop)
90% original problem not in SA

After loading the C20 command u dont need the # Sn command it has been already loaded to RAM .
Also u need to specify head type MDW or HDW or it will say Adaptives are currupt .
