Are you sure the two PCBs are working and ROMs OK ?

Try safe mode with board removed from HDD. If you can read ROM then the problem is most likely heads or Motor.

for the BlackST , the 1of 2 the Rom is not working, the second one when i try 20 times to reach the safe mode only ones manage to gain access. After that time always busy led only.
for the Daisy Woo ,i already tried that no access.

When i use any one other PCB who fit to the Drive ,i have platters motor works and Heads clicking , but i can access the drive on safe mode ...

I suggest a better match or try finding a known working pcb just to point out if preamp/heads are ok or you'll waste a lot of time.
