Well,not everyone specializes in NAND Recovery, since the research is very time consuming and clients often are not willing to pay the prices associated with the recovery.

I did a SM3253L 4 gig lexar a while ago. They are doable.

Well, OnTrack was able to recover most of the data. Out of 19GB on the drive, only 3GB were partially recovered - the rest was 100% fine. Cost a pretty penny, but the customer had to have it, so what can you do? Least all is solved on this one.
