Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum so don't know is this a right place for my problem, sorry if it is.

I have a notebook Lenovo with a WDC "WD1600BEVS-08VAT2" hard drive that is locked with password. I need to acces the hard drive and by searching trough internet i found a link to this forum. I'm trying to use a software called "MHDD" and everything is great but when i run command ".dump" it get me the following error "ERROR: file .\scripts\dump not found" and cannot get the BIN file to unlock the drive.

Thanks for your time to read this post, and for trying to help, even if you do not reply to my post, you may be thinking about it.

Which version of mhdd? The latest 4.6 version don't work with scripts. Look for 4.5
Check if "dump" file is present in scripts folder.

MHDD will not unlock your WD, you have to try to ask who has ps3k, they'll help you, and it's easy on there
