What is the "G6C" command and how do I use it...
Is it for F3 arch?

G6C is to force relocate of a defective sector. For example, F3 1>G6c,19CA9 would relocate sector 105641 to defect list, but Im not sure this will help because in cases where NRG is lost, there are often multiple defects or sequences of defective sectors. Also it has already been determined that you may have head issues, relocation error and very likely surface reading problems. At this point it is highly advisable to consult a professional before it is too late.

Hddguy..I'd like to clarify something if you don't mind...
The additionals are added to NRG at factory (correct?)
The 'm' series of commands does NOT take into account NRG list.
it is taken into account using some factory command/binary.
In another words only read at factory.
This procedure creates (correct) translator.

Using m series of commands (leaves out) the NRG and therefore you get a halt at first bad sector, crating BAD translator.

3.)doing a V40 I can read my NRG it is not destroyed
