I am still at it with the MHDD.
Tried to use the command to scan and get the report via the scan en .txt whatevs.
If I find it (and this is just for practice-- that WD has been returned)
how to I read it?

These scan runs show the progress on the left side and nothing below the first top two so color bars show anything. The tabs across the top mostly don't light up except for DRSC and DRRDY etc. And yes I've had the manual page open and reading the intro.

Is there a way to turn off the rotating display at bottom?

That returned WD drive on the topic... the guy told me he tested it and works fine and returned it to Ebay auction. No kidding.
