Transcend StoreJet 500GB USB 3.0

Hi!
This is my first post here and English is not my native language, so sorry for mistakes.
I have lost acess to my HDD (Transcend StoreJet 500GB USB 3.0). When I connect it to PC it tells me that i have to format it first. I used few data recovering to check what I can do about it.
Ontrack EasyRecovery shows me this:
And whan i click "continue" and then "explore" it shows me this:
I want to recover all of my data and I have a second, 1TB HDD where I can copy this stuff. All files are in perfect condition, they are not deleted. What do I have to do to recover it (with the folders structures) or to get acess to my disc again?
