The disk is dosent reconize by the machine at all

Yes I read but im not shure if i find the rigth tespoints .
when i short apears servo errors and the disk not spining

You need to measure the voltages at each if those 4 pins with the board off the drive. That will distinguish the read and write pairs.

The disk without short have terminal access to all comands
but the ATA interface not reconize at all
Then I can't aply the seagate firmware patch
Via terminal there a way to patch firmware?
