HDD problem on ACER 5738zg

June 24th, 2016, 11:55

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

Recently, I've encountered a windows error message that my HDD might have problems and I should copy my data to avoid missing those. My HDD is separated on two drives (c: for windows; d: for media) and every time I'm trying to put data on D: my computer sudddenly restars with blue screen. I tried to make a scan with MHDD and in the biggining of the process found some "X" sectors (about 7), but in the end I found out that the scan process cant even be finished because my computer shuts down during the process. I found on one website that scan+remap function can help solving this problem, but this operation(scan+remap) also can't be finnished as computer also shuts down during the procces! If somebody can help me solving this problem I will very much appriciated!!!
