drive is detected in BIOS but windows 7 setup not show any drive
i'm able to install to another drive, but not on this one.
just to mention, that someone remove password from drive

can you show us the s.m.a.r.t status of the drive ?
drive is probably failing.

Maybe it has some strange leftovers from where it was used and the way it was formatted.
Have you booted Seagate utility, or MHDD, and cleaned the drive ? Probably zeroing a couple GB from the beginning would be enough, if you do not want to test it fully
