group online

hi all...
is there a group online .. like skype .. make it easier to chat..

A lot of us use Skype to chat one on one, but not any live group chat that I know of.
I did create a data recovery IRC chat room here: https://www.data-medics.com/forum/data- ... -t799.html
But no one seems to ever use it.

I also know that Luke Coughey was getting a group going on BBM, but I'm not sure that ever took off either.

The forums are the general place where information shared publically, the rest is all about who you know that you can bounce things off of one on one.

EDIT: Just googled it and they actually opened it up to iOS and Android. I take it back!

It's the Blackberry Mobile messenger app, which they now do have for Android as well as blackberry. It's pretty handy for messaging in large groups, but I don't think everyone got onboard. Seems to me the effort to get this group going only lasted a few weeks before the regular posting stopped.

BBM is black berry mesenger.. it is IOS and android app .. are and have ..? or other applications .. who can to join in group chat ...

I'm pretty sure they had it limited to only people with a certain level of expertise already. It was intended to be more of a place for professionals to discuss cases, not a place for new guys to ask questions. I'm afraid that forums such as this is where you should be asking your questions.
