BSY after clearing NAND

Hi I have ST500LM000 SSHD as donor and trying to prepair it by clearing the NAND by O/I and transferring the patient ROM to the donor pcb.
i get always this immediately after power on and also Stuck on BSY:

I put the donor pcb and ROM back as it was and also getting the same error

I think O/I damaged the NAND on the PCB, because i tried it on another PCB and getting the same error
