If a h.d. can's be cloned due to 85% of sector damage-ideas?

We can't even clone the drive due to the quantity of sector damage.
Any ideas? :)

what cloning software do you use ?

I used a cloning machine. There are so many bad sectors that the machnine keeps working. I tried some software also, but get the same result of a continuous bad sector count. It isn't the cloning process. It seems to me that it is a corrupted data issue. I haven't tried the mhdd or any mbr fix yet. Hoping for some good insight.

it sounds firmware section has bad sector. fix firmware first.
