Hi Guys!

I am borrowing Milos_HddSurgery picture.

Concerning the head springs, how are they supposed to work?
In the image one can see, No 1 may bend when tries to entering the disc from the side.
No 2, one is stuck to the upper side. No 3 have both stuck, and the last head even looks loose and may tilt when entering the disc?

Thanks for any advice on this!
