2,5 inch WD USB hard drive 2060-800041-003 problem

The hard drive 2060-800041-003 is not detected in windows.
The white LED shines.
When touching the drive I can also feel motor running but it stops in a moment and then no reaction at all. Only LED continues shining
Are there on PCB any test points to check voltages?
Or what to try next?

In my exp; this is a heads issue. Drive is failing a self-check on power on.
