 Post subject: MHDD ISO Truncated (300KB missing)?

In no means am I an expert, I just have a drive with bad sectors that needs remapping, (iPod 7th Gen 160GB) and want to use MHDD for ease of use. Opted to create a bootable USB using Rufus and the ISO v4.6 but I've tried redownloading and other sources and mirrors and every time it says that there is 300KB missing from the ISO, I'm not sure what to do now.
