The unlocked rom has been downloaded 6 times (until now that i'm writing this message)!
For what reason a single user who's asking for a rom unlock should download it 6 times? ... without a thank!!
Please explain it, i'm wondering if we still should help these type of users!!

The file was downloaded 6 times by Google and other search engine bots, not by humans. Over time, it will be downloaded even more.

And even if the person who made the request did say thank you, their message got stuck in moderation.

some people are just collectors, they see a file, and download it for no other reason than to have it! I am getting better at that habit though

BTW, I did not d/l it, but thank you anyway for helping those in need!

I believe kindness is for self. But its common courtesy to return the favor or at least show gratitude. Thank you for being kind.

being kind, nice and helpful are the reason for us to be here. However, being nice on the account of somebody else's work and achievements brings up some questions. Now you look very helpful and nice but this is not what your paid tools are for. Do the jobs free in your region, that's a nice and helpful thing, do that, and see how long will you be able to do so. That's your decision, but doing that on your fellows' business area brings up some other questions i think. To me this is disrespectful.
If you have had ever researched how to unlock wd drives (i did) you knew it is an immense work, even only speaking about the actual work, not considering the work required to acquire the skills to get started with such venture. Prices of tools and updates do not reflect that to you, it only reflects a tiny part of the overall efforts needed.

I wrote a tool to unlock seagates, well before others were available, continuously improving it and it is able to unlock families other tools cannot. I sold it to some fellows in a closed group, they were happy. But somebody was careless enough to get it disclosed, Chinese have put their hands on it and now they are using my unlock stub in their paid tools. I thought of releasing the whole thing for free here, in a reply, but i am sure this would be disrespectful towards those who paid for the development and would harm the ppl earning their bread honestly more than those suckers in the mainland, so i am not doing that now.

I believe we are a community working in this field and we first need to help and respect eachother, then we help others to find the best solution for their problems.
