I need Firmware for Seagate Barracuda ATA IV ST340016A 40GB

Configuration COde:SCS-09
Firmware 3.19
Data Code:03157 and Site COde :AMK.

AND

MAXTOR DiamodMax PLUS 8 40GB ATA/133 HDD

6E040L0510223 ABA
SN:E17JTGRE k,M,C,A

In BIOS is recognized MAXTOR N40P.

Please help me.
