how to dump firmware from my hard disk?

i need help , i need to know how can i dump the firmware from my working harddisk , to be able t use it with another hard disk , or is there a place i could download firmwares , thanks in advance

U can backup firmware files but u would need pc3000 its not possible to backup or rewrite firmware with freeware utilities .

well, thanks for the info , i dont mind getting a pro tools , or software , but please , is there any other choice than the pc3000 , its expensive like hell

Same very expensive the orignal one and very hard to understand pc3k is the best choice for new people then they can shift to HRT .

clone is cheap but orignal is expensive and also HRT is hard to use than that of pc3k .

yes , what i mean to say is that there is HRT orignal from bvg group and also its clone produced by china same like pc3k .
