Folder size upto 100TB

I want to do data recovery for this HDD :
Seagate U Series X 20 GB....
The partion Table just have one partition w/ FAT32

This Harddisk just have maximum 20 GB Size..
Using MHDD there is no any bad sector

when I plug this HDD with external case. I can see the content of this HDD... ... But One of its Folder can not be copy out, because this Folder have size upto 100TB.... [ but this HDD just have MAXIMUM 20 GB ]
actually the contect of this Folder is just Excell File.. But the excell file have gone. the content of this Folder now become a lot of subfolder named with the content of the EXCELL File....

What is the problem with this FOLDER.. Can I get it BACK as Original...

please Help me.......

Hi,

If no other folders suffer of this problem, probably the Folder entry that points to that folder got damaged.
If there are more folders are like that, that means there are shifts in the sector structure. Didn't U use HotSwap with that drive?
there can be other sources of this like the folder's clusters have been overwritten by a file, this is not so easy to identify from here :)
