WD800BB-00JKA0 problem

Hi guys

I have a WD800BB-00JKA0 with few very soft clicking and managed to get DRD and DSC, however on PC3000 it shows
Model:WDC ROM Model...please see the attached photo.
Serial: WDC-ROM SN# XYZ---

I suspect the SA is damaged but how to I get it working to get the data?

Tried Hotswap didnt work, safe mode limited options to check modules.
