My question is very simple, how picker settings can be changed e.g. like "Capacity Targ"?

Code:

CAPACITY_TARGET % 6.4f

Where the variable come from "% 6.4f"
Any thoughts and comments will be appreciated.

it's C language and formatted string mask not a value

% 6.4f - must be floated value with 6 numbers before dot and 4 after
