PC-3000

October 8th, 2004, 20:37

I am new to this forum. Just went thru a couple of posts and I see that there is a great demand for PC3000.

All PC-3000 related questions can be forwarded to pc-3000@acedre.com

I purchased my system from them half a year ago. Great service, great technical support. You can also get training if required.

Does anybody tell me if the pc3k support is really helping ? I'm going to buy it but my worry is help support. I'm ready to study the tool and manuals, but when help is needed ....

Thanks !

Support not very good, but if don't have tools you can't do anything ;) Price are cheap - this allways mean not very good support ;) ;) ;)

You have other choice?

October 19th, 2004, 10:00

Agree. I have tools but not at that level. I understood watching this (and other) forum that pc3k is a must-have tool to recover data and repair hd. I'm mostly interested in recovery. Price here is not so cheap... I mean, no so cheap for me, but probably in Europe the quotation is more than in Russia.

Not so cheap? It's really cheap for Russia and in Russia very low price for HDD repair/datarecovery.

Of course if you need repair one drive it's not so cheap, but if this is your business

Depend who you buy the system from. So far I'm happy with Canadian guys, but it's up to you to make a dicision.
The guys I talk to from ACE Data Recovery are always helpful and always spend time to explaing and not just to fix a drive for you.
Anyways, I am not in the position to advertice ACE, so try researching from other sources too.
