Total overview of the topic:
1. SA-B is the backup of SA-A, if SA-A is corrupt than SA-B is used for read.
2. S/N selection is the mandatory part for Maxtor drives till now I followed... Also could be followed by the last 4 digit of the CODE & KMCA/KMBA/NMCB etc.
3. Mod#51 is the error one for most of the Maxtor drive, clear Log at Defect List Operation, it will be solved, u can ignore it, no prob. Mod#100 is corrupt module always for 4D0XXXXX HD.
4. Don't need to upload all mods. only upload corrupted.
5. All sector shows bad, Selfscan will solve it. I think, u might uploaded all modules, thats why all sector shows as bad sector. (only applicable for refurbishing not for data recovery)
if something missing here, remind me please.

No Data ,
Experimenting ,But I Need To Read the ACe Maxtor Manual For Unique Modules ,I will Upload The Original Patient SA-A Into SA-A And Then Replace Only Currepted Modules ,Will Not Touch The SA-B ,I Think If SA-A Can Be Read 100% Properly Maxtor Will Not Touch SA-B .Well In My Case SA-B Has So Many Module Errors .

I suggest fixing the SA errors manually before rewriting modules. In any case having different adaptives won't record correctly (especially for R/W distance) to SA.
Can you start selfscan from RAM ?

24,55,120 unique modules for maxtor (P-List)
56,57,79 boot modules, need to upload together.
