yep, but do not froget that customers read this forum 2, at least ones that try to do it them selfs.
So ashool fee would be hard to put in in Invoice

Ask him if you took the platter out of the drive , simple solution put it in a dvd rom and read all data out of it .

As funny as that sounds to me and you, many peole actually believe it! The ammount of customer phone calls regarding information read on the net!!
