Samsung HD501LJ - Intermittent clicking but still 99.9% good

I was able to complete a Ghost image of the damaged drive by enabling a setting in Ghost to ignore bad/damaged sectors or data.
This is very fortunate, as this drive became basically unusable this morning. Windows still functioned, but the clicking was so bad and the interruptions so frequent that I had to replace the drive.

So I cannibalized an identical drive from another server I have running at the house, did a complete restore from the captured Ghost images from the last 3 days, and now everything seems to be running fine.
