Skill, Experience, Knowledge and practice. All the traits of a professional. If you are considerin purchasing platterswap tools for a single case, you should really seek a professional. If your aim is to learn this in order to offer this as a DR service, you are a long way off.

Also, nobody is willing to spend lots of time, resources and money developing solutions so they can be the good samaritan here and simply give it away.

Or you can try and buy one of these 3D printers, someone showed this to me the other day and it was great.

You can design your own tool if you know how and print it out on your own 3D printer to use for you. If you make an error in your design try again and print out a new tool to use.

I got a kick out of this one. Never saw one before but it sure looks interesting.
