Flashing the MCU won't do any good if the problem is FW in SA.

In other words you need tools and knowledge to do this work. To know which FW is compatable with your drive and also the right tools so that you can work on this one. Sorry there is not free tools on the internet that can do this one for you and even with Google there is no free advise on how to do this one either. A DR company can perform this work for you if you are interested. If you continue on like you are then you risk chance of data loss, or making it even move difficult to get back your data and the price goes up according to the DYI you have done on this. Sorry but this one is really beyond you now to fix this drive. Some drives people can fix but not drives with such problems.
