Yes it is possible to work remotely, but user intervention is always necessary i.e. to connect drive, check etc.(

and user need in practice skill & knowledge too. of course training will help you more faster start your DR business. but you had to do hard work(practice with Non-customers drives for understand how hard drive works. ) too. also training can't tell you everything. it's assistance only!
