Well, I tried the English version of copyr and it did its job, but: something did go wrong between sector 59909 and sector 59965. At this point the data was copied with an offset of 16 bytes (see attached image; 1st hex: orginal data, 2nd hex: copied data). Is there an simple and easy way to get rid of this offset?

To bring a long story to a short end: SUCCESS!!!

1. I got my hands on another Maxtor 6B0120P0 harddisk.
2. Copyr copied all the data to that harddisk 1:1, except for the area around the damaged sector.
3. I fixed the wrong data with my copies made by Debug.
4. I was able to reconstruct the damaged sector
