Quick test for PCB is to hold a finger or thumb over the motor IC when starting, if it stays cool it's most likely not the PCB if it gets hot it could either be PCB, and a new one fixes it, or preamp/ heads and you are wasting your money on a PCB

On this one there are some discrete components below the motor IC. If those are too hot to touch, 90%+ chance that the preamp is gone.
