Thank You everybody. I guess I will try to find a matching PCB and if it does not work I will consider cost of getting professional recovery done. Appreciate you all taking the time to reply.

To buy a pcb you will need to be lucky. You could get specific rom version from members of this forum, but will be no use without proper tools to write to your pcb.

The Atmel AT27C1024 part is in fact an OTP EPROM:

I can't see how the OP can avoid a physical chip transfer.
