Device manager cannot show the size it only shows model name (unless you went to device properties->volumes->populate)
What does Disk Management show?

Let's make it easier
What does HDDScan show?

Perfect, now create a clone with DE using the appropriate parameters based on the extent of damage as far as bad sectors is concerned.
