ya its a 500gb drive... you mean tat i hav to connect it to a pc like a internal hard disk....?? and is there a proper way to remove the chassis cuz it still has warranty... and after i connect it using sata and goin to vios where should i look for the model number and size of the disk???
Yes, connect like a regular drive.
If the warranty is more important than your data, then we might as well end this thread here. You cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs!!
BIOS should show model and capacity in the setup.
