I have just compared "blades" with my sets of tools , quality has nothing relate with showed on this photos. My tools has much better quality , so i am sure that if it is not fakes (which is selling in Russia, i know exactly), Nikola will change them or give back money . You just need to ask about , it is not necessarily start blame on public.

Did not remeber, but we wanted to sort it, but we could not. It was someone else bought for someone else etc etc...

Can I suggest that tomset resolve this issue directly with Nikola in private rather than providing potentially misleading or inaccurate information on a public forum?

It is an unfair reflection on Nikola for this to be dealt with in public.

If there is a problem with the tool, I'm certain that it will be resolved by Nikola and his team.

I'm sure Nikola will resolve this issue very quickly. No need to throw mud on the forum.
I had one issue in the past with one of these combs and Nikola replaced it within a few days.
I cannot imagine to have to work without these tools; i would be back in the stone age.
