When the original pcb is isolated i enter command Z and i receive the normal message of spin down.
Then i remove the insulation paper and enter U command but i receive R/W error

If you dont see the TetonST boot then I guess ROM is ok, your donor PCB may not be compatible.

After spinup, what is the fill error you see? Also, with native ROM + PCB does it remain powered or does its spindle shut off? Did you check SN at ID when PCB is isolated? Does it match the label of the HDD?

I think you need to try new PCB, one with same code as your native PCB and transfer ROM over

Right now i don't have donor 100475720, i used as donor pcb 100466725 because is the only one i have and usually on this drives you see this pcb model.
100475720 on DM22 STM3500320AS are unusual.

But if you say that the exact pcb swap will work, i will try it.

From your output there is definately some 'hardware' error. Spindle remains powered, you have T> and you get error on spin-up. Im not certain its anything without seeing it, but at this stage PCB is a good assumption.

I changed the pcb 100475720 today (obviously i transferred the rom), but i still have same issue.
Head clicking on spin up command in terminal, but it doesn't spin down
