I had a few lines written about the validity of the posts and philosophy etc, then realised if you don't get it, you wont be swayed by my few words.

Anyway, sometimes it is possible the OP's don't really know the exact question they want to ask, or a discussion around the topic changes their intial question, or invalidates it.

FUD? no, and I never really mentioned a crime. NSA doesn't need one to look at you apparently, they want to know all. Can say this now with no tinfoil hat required, not that it changes much.

I don't agree with the second part.

It depends on what you call data, and what is relevant. It may be the case where even 1 single file needed to be recovered to see the timestamp or whatever. I don't believe data is that easily destroyed.

but yes, there is a lot of Uncertainty and Doubt
