What does HHD Guru provide to do 'relocation'?

Are they any non destructive suggestions?

Win7 and others have check disk routines to repair. Is this possible? In setup I only ran HDD Low Level Format and then
loaded Win7 operating system.

Relocation was mentioned by BlackST back on Oct 13th (above.)

I have since used the tools in Win7 to chkdsk /f/r-- a long process which showed no improvement.

Also ran the IOBit Smart Defrag and no improvement.

I don't know if there is any magic available for this.
