Thanks for the diagnosing the issue friends so now i have another working hdd with same model (ST31000524AS) can i swap the head from that to retrieve data but the Firmware, Data Code and Site code doesn't match between these hdd can it be done

I'm afraid the answer is NO.
You don't have the proper tools, experience and know-how to perform a head swap. This means that the chances of success is literally zero. Besides that, these drives need special treatment in order for the head swap to be successful (and you gain that only by experience), AND THEN you need specialized hardware imager to clone the data.
And you have none of the above.
To answer your question about compatibility, Firmware Date and Site are irrelevant but other criteria need to match.

Obviously will provide it to professional for the head swap, Donner head selection detail was asked so tat if it suits I can provide hardware by myself to proffessionals so my recovery cost comes down.
