- You have pending sectors but not relocated sectors. Meaning most likely bad ecc or header on the sector. Doing erase will either write correct info to the sector header and ECC making it usable again or move the sectors to the G-List (reallocated sector count - at 0 right now).

- You will need to use either another version of 32 bit windows or MHDD for PURE DOS and erase the drive. Alternatively you can use internal secure erase but again all will have its own risks.
