We always take the RISK of heads replacement and we don't get payed till we recover the desired data. (AKA : the customer not paying anything until we get his data)

Yes sir. :)
I am working with those rules from years ago (2007 since I started DR)
(No deposits, no fees for diagnosis and no money until I get the full desired data)

data is shifted on original drive as well !
this perfectly make sense to me, what a pity.
