As final authority has said , outcome of m0,6,3 is not fixed and varies from firmware to firmware.

I have checked resistance of head 0 which is 0150 . reading by head 0 is with continuous reset terminal says issues with 203A file ,I have checked his file which is opening normally . Any performance related file or configuration file of Head 0 might be responsible.

Despite Slow speed I was able to image slower Head 0 sectors & all required data extracted . Besides success valuable lesson is learned.
